Who is entitled to receive a payout of deposits?
Individuals – citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons, including those acting as individual entrepreneurs who have concluded one or more bank account and (or) bank deposit agreements with the bank, have the right to receive payout of deposits placed in banks of the Republic of Belarus or in whose name such contracts are concluded, as well as their heirs.
