Q: In what case does the depositor have the right to apply for a payout of the deposit?

A: The depositor has the right to apply for payout if the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus has decided to revoke a license from a bank of the Republic of Belarus, which gives him the right to rise deposits from individuals.

Q: What amount of the payout?

A: To individuals, except for those who acted as individual entrepreneurs at the conclusion of the bank deposit agreement, compensation is paid in the amount of 100 percent of the amount of the bank deposit, regardless of the number of bank deposits (deposits) from one individual in a particular bank;
individuals who acted as individual entrepreneurs at the conclusion of the bank deposit agreement, compensation is paid in the amount of no more than 100,000 Belarusian rubles in one bank.

Q: In what currency is the payout?

A: The compensation is paid in the currency of the deposit.
If the deposit is placed in Belarusian rubles, the refund will be paid in Belarusian rubles.
If the deposit is placed in Russian rubles, the refund will be paid in Russian rubles or, at the request of the depositor, in Belarusian rubles based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of revocation of the bank's license granting the right to carry out operations to attract funds of individuals to deposits.
If the deposit is placed in US dollars, the refund will be paid in US dollars or, at the request of the depositor, in Belarusian rubles based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of revocation of the bank's license granting the right to carry out operations to attract funds from individuals to deposits.
If the deposit is placed in euros, the refund will be paid in euros or, at the request of the depositor, in Belarusian rubles based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of revocation of the bank's license granting the right to carry out operations to attract funds of individuals to deposits.

Q: What is an agent bank?

A: An agent bank is a bank designated by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus that accepts applications for the payment of compensation for bank deposits and makes the payment of this compensation on behalf of and at the expense of the Agency.

Q: Who is entitled to receive a payout of deposits?

A:

An application for online compensation can be submitted by an individual, including one who acted as an individual entrepreneur, who has concluded one or more bank account and (or) bank deposit (deposit) agreements with the bank or in the name of which such an agreement was concluded (hereinafter referred to as the depositor), provided that the depositor:
is a resident of the Republic of Belarus;
has reached the age of sixteen;
is registered in the remote service of JSC NKFO ERIP– an interbank identification system.
The application is processed online and sent to the Agency through the Agency's official website. To do this, you need to go through several stages:
go to the Agency's website – https://www.adc.by / and click “Depositor's application for compensation”;
specify the bank with which the bank account and/or bank deposit agreement was concluded;
complete the authentication procedure through the Interbank Identification System (ISI);
provide consent to the processing of personal data;
to get acquainted with the Agency's documents;
specify the status of the bank deposit or account agreement (individual or individual entrepreneur);
fill out the application form online (specify contact information, select the currency and method of payment of the refund) and click “Send”.
On the next business day after sending the application to the Agency from the email address priem@adc.A notification of the results of its review will be sent to the depositor's email address.
If the application is accepted and processed by the Agency, the notification will indicate the date from which the funds will be sent to the authorized bank for the depositor to receive compensation.”.

Q: How and where to find out if the bank is registered with the Agency?

A: A bank registered at the Agency is obliged to inform individuals about its registration by posting information:
on the official website of the bank;
in accessible places in the bank, its divisions, as a rule, by placing a copy of the certificate of registration with the Agency on information stands.
Also, information about whether the bank is registered with the Agency can be obtained from the Agency by phone numbers listed on the main page of the Agency's official website.

Q: Will compensation be paid to holders of personal debit cards, including salary cards?

A: Yes. Personal debit card - is a debit card, the use of which is stipulated by the agreement on the use of the card between the issuing bank and an individual.
A card agreement - is an account agreement that provides for the use of a debit card to access an account.
Funds placed in deposits (deposits) of individuals and (or) on accounts of individuals providing for the use of bank plastic cards (including salary cards) are objects of compensation.

Q: Does payout cover corporate debit card?

A: A corporate debit card - is a card, the use of which is stipulated by the agreement on the use of the card concluded between the issuing bank and a legal entity (individual entrepreneur).
Since only individuals – citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons, including those acting as individual entrepreneurs, who have concluded one or more bank account and (or) bank deposit   agreements with the bank or in whose name such agreements have been concluded, have the right to receive refunds on a corporate debit card will be available only to individual entrepreneurs in the manner and amount determined by the current legislation.
Payment of compensation on a corporate debit card of a legal entity is not carried out.
