In what terms is the payment of compensation carried out?
The payment of the bank deposit is carried out within seven working days from the date of submission of the application for payment to the agent bank or Agency.
The period for payment of compensation is extended to one month if the information contained in the documents presented when applying for compensation and (or) in the application for payment of compensation does not coincide with the information available at the Agency in relation to these bank deposits, the individual who applied and (or) if required, their additional study.
In this case, the Agency informs the applicant about the need for additional examination of the documents submitted by him and considers the application for payment no later than one month from the date of receipt.
