How will the compensation be paid under the bank deposit agreement concluded by an individual entrepreneur?

Payment of compensation for a bank deposit   to an individual who acted as an individual entrepreneur at the conclusion of a bank deposit   agreement is carried out in a non-cash manner by transferring to the current (settlement) bank account of an individual entrepreneur specified in the application for payment of compensation for a bank deposit   in a bank that has a special permit (license) to carry out banking activities, granting the right to carry out a banking operation to attract funds of individuals to bank deposits (deposits).
At the same time, the payment of compensation for a bank deposit   to an individual entrepreneur in respect of whom bankruptcy proceedings have been opened or who is in the process of termination of activity is carried out by transferring to the current (settlement) bank account of an individual entrepreneur used during the relevant procedures.
