On September 10-11, 2025, a practical seminar was held in the Republic of Belarus for employees of organizations for insurance (guaranteeing) deposits of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union

On September 10-11, 2025, a practical seminar was held at the Training Center of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for employees of deposit insurance organizations in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The seminar was organized by The Agency of Deposit Compensation (Republic of Belarus).

The practical seminar was attended by representatives of deposit insurance organizations of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
The main topics of the practical seminar were:
analytical activities to assess the risks of banks and differentiate the contributions of banks to the reserve of deposit insurance organizations;
assessment of the financial condition of banks in order to determine the probability of insurance events;
analytical activities to assess the adequacy of the reserve of deposit insurance organizations, stress testing, forecasting the dynamics of the reserve and the impact of bank contributions on it.

During the practical seminar, presentations were made by representatives of The Deposit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Armenia, The Agency of Deposit Compensation (Republic of Belarus), The Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund (Republic of Kazakhstan), The Deposit Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, The Deposit Insurance Agency (Russian Federation), The Deposit Guarantee Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a representative of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

The practical seminar became a significant event contributing to the strengthening of international relations between deposit insurance organizations and the exchange of experience, followed by the practical application of advanced analytical methods, technologies, tools and research results in the activities of deposit insurance organizations.
