In connection with the state registration of changes made to the Charter of the closed joint stock company BTA Bank by the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 19, 2024, including those related to the change of the name of the bank to the closed joint Stock Company Neo Bank Asia (abbreviated as CJSC Neo Bank Asia), on October 2, 2024 year the certificate of registration of the closed joint stock company “BTA Bank” under number 21 was replaced by the certificate of registration of the closed joint stock company “Neo Bank Asia” under number 45.
