Certificate Sample
Pursuant to Article 16 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 369-З dated 8 June 2008 ‘On Guaranteed Repayment of Natural Persons’ Bank Deposits’* banks registered with the Agency shall mandatory inform general public on the following matter:
- that a bank has been registered with the Agency, stating the number of its Certificate, date of issue thereof;
- that a bank has been deregistered and the date thereof.
Banks may do this by:
- making an announcement post on the bank’s website;
- on specialized news stands and news boards within the bank’s premises and retail business offices which are primarily centered on taking funds into individual deposits.
