The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus has been amended and supplemented the RULES of Assessment of Banks’ and Non-bank Financial Institutions’ Activities with a View to Determining the Level of Risks Accepted Thereby, approved by Resolution No. 53 of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated February 8, 2022. The current version of the RULES can be found in the Legislation subsection of the Banks section.
