Banks under Liquidation
In accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 369-Z dated July 8, 2008, "On Guaranteed Repayment of Natural Persons’ Bank Deposits" the Agency performs the functions of a bankruptcy manager at the request of a court dealing with economic cases.
From 2015 to 2024, the Agency served as an anti-crisis manager in the bankruptcy proceedings of Delta Bank CJSC (https://bankrot.gov.by/debtors/debtor/2889).
During the liquidation proceedings, all creditors' claims included in the register of creditors' claims and priority payments were fully satisfied.
Delta Bank CJSC was excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs by Resolution No. 432 of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated December 30, 2024 (https://www.nbrb.by/press/19740).
